That’s why IPWEA does not offer fleet consulting or professional services directly. However, we understand that many organisations occasionally need external expertise to manage their fleet more effectively, reduce risk or address complex operational issues. In these situations, IPWEA is happy to assist by recommending experienced consultants who align with our fleet management best practice framework.
Through the IPWEA Fleet Subscription, organisations gain access to a valuable self-assessment tool — the Fleet Management Maturity Assessment — based on the Plant and Vehicle Management Manual (PVMM). This assessment helps identify the current level of maturity across all areas of fleet operations and provides insight into the level of risk and governance being applied. It's an essential resource for organisations aiming to improve transparency, compliance, and decision-making across the lifecycle of their fleet assets.
